Why is my keyboard not working when plugged into the computer?

Replace the interface and cable. Preferably plug into the blue USB port on the computer (it provides more power), otherwise, it might not start due to insufficient power.

Some of my keys are not responding to presses/typing on their own, what now?

If the battery is well charged, try hot-swapping out the problematic switch, and swap in a replacement switch(three in total, shipped with the package).

How many days does it usually take for the product I ordered to arrive at my hands?

Dear customer, the number of days from your order to the product reaching you is approximately 7 days.

How can I ensure my keyboard doesn't encounter bugs during long-term use?

It is recommended that you check if the product has a firmware update every one or two months. Generally speaking, the latest firmware is stable and has fixed the bugs of previous versions.
