Shipping and Delivery Times

Honshu region:

The Honshu region will charge 900 JPY for shipping

Hokkaido・Okinawa:

The Hokkaido region will charge 2,400 JPY for shipping
The Okinawa region will charge 1,520 JPY for shipping
Other remote islands: An additional delivery fee of at least 3,000 yen is required (please consult customer service)
Note: If additional delivery charges arise during logistics transportation (such as customs duties, value-added tax), the buyer should pay according to the actual fees.

Delivery time (calculated from the date of shipment):

Honshu: 3-5 business days
Hokkaido・Okinawa: 5-8 business days
Remote islands: 7-14 business days

Required Customs Clearance Information

Checkout Page Mandatory Collection:

Name (Must exactly match the information on identification documents such as a driver's license).
Phone number.
Address (including postal code, apartment/room number)
Residence Card Number (Only applicable to non-Japanese customers with shipping addresses in Japan)

Allocation of Logistics Responsibilities

Damage/errors during transit:
The seller is responsible. After the buyer provides valid evidence, they can choose a full refund or replacement.
Returns due to incorrect address:
The buyer is responsible and needs to pay a 1,200 yen refund fee.
As customs duties were unpaid, it has been returned by customs:
The buyer shall bear and deduct the full cost and expenses of the goods (non-refundable)

Important Notice

Orders with non-Japan delivery addresses will be canceled. Please confirm the validity of the delivery address before placing an order
Delivery times to outlying islands and remote areas may be extended, and additional shipping fees may apply.
Incorrect information may result in additional costs such as reshipping fees and customs duties
Failure to provide a valid residence card number by non-Japanese customers will result in customs clearance failure.
