Warranty Policy
This warranty is valid only in Japan.
Applicable Products:
Only genuine products purchased through GattMoo's official authorized channels
Products sold through regular channels within Japan
(Note: Custom modifications or failures caused by non-official repairs are not covered under warranty)
Scope of Application
Initial Failure Period: 7 days (calculated from the date of the invoice issued by the authorized retailer)
Subsequent Warranty Period: Subject to the product warranty card
Service Methods:
Delivery to GattMoo official/Japan authorized offline service centers
No backup device provided
The warranty period is not extended by replacement (calculated based on the original expiration date)
(Note: Offline service centers must be sent for inspection by the user, with shipping fees borne by the user)
Not covered by warranty

Lack of purchase proof:
No warranty card/product label
No official purchase certificate (including product name + purchase date invoice/receipt)
(Suggestion: Keep the original purchase proof, screenshots of electronic receipts should be archived) -
Product Identification Issues:
Product serial number damaged or unrecognizable
(Suggestion: Do not remove labels, avoid contact with corrosive substances) -
Misuse:
Malfunctions caused by not following the instruction manual
Damage caused by connecting external devices (determined by the store)
Beyond expected use (e.g., commercial use)
(Recommendation: Strictly follow the user manual) -
Natural wear and tear:
Normal wear and tear/aging (cosmetic damage, decrease in consumable performance)
Failure due to environmental factors (temperature, humidity, pollution, etc.)
(Recommendation: Regularly replace consumables) -
External factors:
Natural disasters (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.)
Man-made accidents (collisions, floods)

Self-modification:
Unauthorized disassembly/modification/repair (including the use of non-official parts)
Damage caused by transport or drop
(Recommendation: Repairs should only be made through official channels) -
Ownership Change:
Resale (auction/private transfer)
Parallel imports/unauthorized dealer products -
Company Retention Clause:
Failure not reproducible (no abnormalities detected)
"Other reasonable reasons" are determined by the company
(Suggestion: Record fault symptoms before sending for repair)
